Roles and Responsibilities :

- 1. Procurement of consumables, reagents, stationary items etc. and transfer the same to branches for the smooth functioning of labs.

2. Monitoring daily stock status of branches as well as stores enabling uninterrupted stock movements.

3. Monitoring daily consumption of reagents, consumables, stationary items etc. for minimum wastage and avoiding dumbing of stock.

4. Collect quotations from suppliers for assets, consumables, stationary items etc., tabulating the same and forward to the Purchase Manager for placing purchase orders.

5. Prepare purchase register, stock transfer register, stock register etc. at Corporate store, regional stores as well as branches on daily basis and compile monthly reports for accounts department.

6.



Physical verification of closing stocks at stores & branches, its reconciliation with stock register and valuation of closing stock.

7. Any other duties as allotted by higher authorities based on exigencies.

- Job Requirements :

- 0-3 years of experience in procurement or a related field
- Robust understanding of trends and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills for effective vendor negotiation and relationship-building.
- Basic knowledge of project management principles for coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
