Job description for (8 Years -15 Years)

The ideal candidate should have strong FP&A; experience.

- Support the coordination, development and maintenance of budgeting and forecasting systems, including the identification of interdependencies across business functions to provide actionable insights and drive informed decision making by the stakeholders
- Manage execution & resolve deficiencies with hands-on approach, wherever necessary
- Ensure sustainable business relationship with the stakeholders by leveraging overall insights to solve complex issues

Experience and Qualification:

- Finance Graduate, with professional qualification (CA, MBA Finance from reputed institute)
- 10-12 years of hands-on core FP&A; experience with at least 2-3 years in supervisory capacity in leading FP&A; team
- Hand on experience of Finance , Planning & Analysis processes including pre-sales/consulting
- Sound understanding of business context with ability to visualize broad picture
- Problem solving and analytical skills with eye for detail
- Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy
- Very good communication & presentation skills (well versed with .PPT deck preparation)




- Valuable to have experience working in advanced ERPs like Oracle, SAP, and S/4HANA and One-stream desirable.

Job description For exp (6Years -8 years)

- Individual contributor
- Perform the activities as allocated, maintaining the timelines & accuracy level
- Propose & execute process specific automation initiatives
- Prepare & necessary process documents/ SOPs, capturing any new nuances

Experience and Qualification:

- Finance graduate with a professional qualification such as CA/CA Inter or MBA (Finance).
- 1012 years of Finance and Accounts experience, with at least 5–7 years relevant experience in FP&A-specific; processes.
- Proven expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Sound understanding of business context with ability to visualize broad picture.
- Problem solving and analytical skills with eye for detail.
- Proficiency in ERP systems; exposure to Advanced Excel, and Onestream is desirable.
- Ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.

Industry Preference: Experience in retail, wholesale food, horticulture, agribusiness, or other consumer-facing industries is highly preferred; is highly preferred but not mandatory.
