Position: Head Operations
Location: Faridabad
Reporting To: Directors

Job Summary:

The Head of Operations will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operational activities of the company, ensuring smooth execution of client processes, improving operational efficiency, maintaining compliance, and leading the operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all operational activities across departments.
- Ensure timely execution of IEPF, Demat, Unlisted Shares, and client servicing processes.
- Develop and implement SOPs to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor operational KPIs, turnaround time (TAT), and service quality.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Operations team.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI, NSDL, CDSL, and internal policies.




- Coordinate with Sales, Compliance, HR, and Management for seamless operations.
- Prepare MIS reports and present operational updates to management.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration. (Valuable to have)
- 7+ years of experience in financial services operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in Wealth Management, Capital Markets, IEPF, or Depository Operations is preferred.
