Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide after-sales support to customers by resolving their queries and issues related to AMC sales, repair, service engineering, and ups services.
- Understanding of Online UPS working principles and topology.
- Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of UPS hardware and software issues.
- Knowledge of rectifier, inverter, static bypass, manual bypass, charger, and power modules.
- Ability to use testing instruments such as:
- Digital Multimeter
- Clamp Meter
- Insulation Tester (Megger)
- Battery Tester
- Reading and understanding and making electrical wiring diagrams and single-line diagrams (SLD).
- Checking input/output voltage, frequency, load, grounding, and neutral connections.
- Knowledge of earthing systems and electrical safety practices.
- Firmware upgrade and UPS parameter configuration (where applicable).
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, Email) for report preparation.
- Understanding of generator and UPS synchronization (where applicable).
- Familiarity with AMF panels, distribution panels, and power quality concepts.
- Ability to analyze alarms, event logs, and system diagnostics.
