We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Fulfilment Associate to join our dynamic logistics marketplace. The role involves managing transportation logistics, optimizing routes and capacity, coordinating with fleet owners and logistics partners, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective fulfilment of customer orders.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of logistics and transportation operations, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize transportation operations to ensure efficient movement of goods and services.
- Develop and implement transportation strategies focused on route optimization, time efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.
- Identify and onboard quality fleet owners and transportation partners onto the platform on a regular basis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet owners, carriers, and third-party logistics partners.
- Engage fleet owners by providing access to quality loads and ensuring their active participation in fulfilling customer orders.
- Conduct regular interactions with fleet owners to strengthen business relationships, improve engagement, and enhance partner retention.
- Collaborate with carriers and logistics partners on rates, contracts, service requirements, and delivery commitments.
- Monitor transportation capacity and proactively adjust resources based on demand fluctuations.
- Ensure efficient utilization of available transportation assets and fleet capacity.




- Address transportation-related issues and operational challenges promptly by coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.
- Maintain strong service levels and ensure a positive experience for fleet owners and business partners.
- Track and maintain relevant operational and partner performance data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1-6 years of experience in logistics, transportation, fulfilment, freight, or supply chain operations.
- Experience in Full Truck Load (FTL) and/or Part Truck Load (PTL operations is preferred.
- Strong understanding of transportation management, fleet operations, logistics processes, and delivery coordination.
- Experience working with fleet owners, carriers, transporters, or third-party logistics partners.
- Familiarity with logistics software, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), CRM, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage client, partner, or transporter relationships and provide effective service.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of challenging operational tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven logistics environment.
- Hands-on experience in vehicle placement.
- Good knowledge of commercial vehicles and market rates.
- Experience in traffic operations or roles such as Traffic Executive or Placement Executive.

Education

- Graduate in any discipline.
