Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor the QA Automation team in a SaaS product workplace.
- Design, develop, and execute automation frameworks using Java and Selenium.
- Automate client-side, API, and database testing.
- Work closely with Developers, Architects, DevOps, and Product Managers.
- Drive QA ownership across the CI/CD pipeline.
- Participate in manual testing, regression testing, and test planning.

Mandatory Skills.

- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Selenium.
- Experience in API Testing and Database Testing.
- Good understanding of CI/CD methodologies and practices.
- Experience in Manual Testing.
- Experience in Network Security Software products.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, and AI-assisted development.
- Experience with AWS.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with MCPs, RAG Pipelines, Semantic Search, and Vector Databases.
- Linux/UNIX environment experience.
