Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Appoint, manage, and expand the dealer/distributor network.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.
• Drive sales growth and increase market share in the assigned territory.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports,



forecasts, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

Requirements:
5–10 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the Electrical, Electronics, Fan, Consumer Durables, or Manufacturing industry.
Solid experience in dealer/distributor management and channel sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
