As a Remote Customer Care Executive, you will be the first point of contact for company's customers, providing them with solutions and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Mandatory Home Infrastructure Requirements
To ensure uninterrupted operations, candidates must possess the following setup at home:
- System: Laptop or Desktop (Intel Core i5 or equivalent and above)
- Memory: Minimum 8 GB RAM
- Operating System: Windows 10 or higher
- Internet: Stable Wi-Fi connection (Minimum 40 Mbps)
- Power: Reliable Power Backup (Inverter/Generator) is mandatory
- Peripherals: USB Headset and Webcam
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and Hindi both.
- Minimum qualification: 10+2.
- Must have Aadhaar and Pan card.
Compensation & Salary Structure
- Gross Salary (CTC): 15,000 to 18,000 CTC per month
- In-Hand Salary: 11,000 to 14,000 In-Hand per month
(Final salary details will be based on communication skills and interview performance)
