Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end US Recruitment Life Cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Identify and engage potential candidates through job portals, networking, and social media.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports using MS-Excel and MS-Word.
- Build strong skilled relationships and negotiate offers with candidates.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Word, and Internet research.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm to learn.
- Knowledge of US Recruitment processes is a plus (but not mandatory).
