Job Summary :

The MHE Operator is responsible for operating various material handling equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and stackers to move, store, and retrieve goods within the 3PL and distribution center. The role ensures secure and efficient handling of inventory, maintaining productivity and accuracy while following 3PL operational standards and safety guidelines

Job Role and responsibilities:

- Material Handling & Equipment Operation
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other MHE to transport, stack, and organize goods.
- Load and unload goods from trucks and containers safely.
- Ensure proper storage and stacking of goods as per 3PL layout and safety standards.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues or malfunctions.
- Inventory Management & Order Fulfilment
- Assist in picking, packing,



and staging orders for dispatch.
- Perform cycle counts and physical inventory checks as required.
- Maintain accurate records of material movement within the 3PL.
- Compliance & Safety
- Follow all 3PL safety protocols and MHE operating procedures.
- Adhere to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance guidelines.
- Participate in safety drills and training sessions.
- Report any incidents, near misses, or safety concerns immediately.
- Housekeeping & Maintenance
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Perform basic maintenance of MHE and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
