Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Technical Marketing Manager to lead our Technical Marketing Van initiative. The role involves promoting the company's TMT Steel Bars through mobile demonstrations, technical awareness programs, dealer activation, and influencer engagement across Karnataka. The candidate will lead a field promotion team, generate leads, and work closely with the sales team to convert opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute Technical Marketing Van campaigns across assigned territories.
- Lead and manage the van promotion team to ensure effective daily operations.
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and awareness programs at dealer outlets, construction sites, project locations, and public events.
- Organize Mason Meets, Contractor Meets, Engineer Meets, Fabricator Meets, and Dealer Engagement Programs.
- Educate customers on product features, quality standards, applications, and advantages of the company's TMT Steel Bars.
- Build solid relationships with contractors, engineers, architects, builders, dealers, and retailers to create product demand.
- Generate qualified leads and coordinate with the sales team for timely follow-up and conversion.




- Collect market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and provide customer feedback to management.
- Ensure proper maintenance, branding, inventory, and smooth functioning of the Technical Marketing Van.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on campaign activities, leads generated, market coverage, and outcomes.
- Achieve assigned targets for market coverage, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Desired Candidate Profile

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
- 5–10 years of experience in Technical Marketing, Field Marketing, Project Sales, or Brand Promotion.
- Experience in TMT Steel, Cement, Structural Steel, Ready-Mix Concrete, Pipes, Roofing, Paints, or other building materials is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and team management skills.
- Ability to conduct field demonstrations and customer engagement programs.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Karnataka.
- Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
