Role & responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing the sales, operation within a designated geographical area, Lead a team of sales representatives and ensure excellent customer service, Robust leadership skill, a deep understanding of sales principles and ability to drive in a dynamic and competitive market environment

Preferred candidate profile

Manage and motivate a team of sale representative to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base within the assigned area.

Cross sell of other bank product including liabilities & Insurance

Achievement of targets of the area.

Maintain portfolio triggers across locations

Ensure minimal NPA slippage and ensure upgradations/closures of Existing NPA pool.

Build and maintain strong relationship with key customers, dealers and distributions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data .

Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures
