Job Description Intern Operations Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with users and doctors for appointment scheduling.
* Handle calls, follow-ups, and consultation bookings.
* Maintain and update operational sheets/data regularly.
* Support the team in daily operational activities.
* Manage transfer requests and consultation status updates.
* Ensure timely communication with users regarding appointments and consultations.
* Track pending consultations and assist in resolution.
* Work closely with internal teams for smooth process execution
