Role: Customer Support Associate - International FinTech Voice Process

Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to financial transactions and money transfer services.
- Assist customers with queries, transactions, account related issues, and complaint resolution.
- Provide accurate information while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Maintain high-quality communication with proper grammar, pronunciation, and professionalism.
- Meet productivity, quality, and compliance targets as per process requirements.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Follow company policies, security, and confidentiality guidelines.
- Work effectively in rotational shifts and collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Work Schedule
- 5 working days per week
- 9.5-hour shift (8.5 hours login)
- Rotational shifts and rotational week-offs
- Experienced : Up to 43,000 CTC + 2,000 Performance Linked Incentive (PLI)
