Job Opportunity: Consultant Programme & Project Management
We are seeking experienced and dynamic professionals for the positions of Consultant and State Consultant to support programme planning, project implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and stakeholder coordination across multiple regions in India.
Location of Deployment
- North Region: Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan,Delhi NCR
- East Region: Bihar, West Bengal
- West Region: Gujarat
- North-East Region: Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura
- Union Territories: Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh
Required Skills-
- MBA from a recognized university, preferably with B.Tech./Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in programme/project management, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
- Solid analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in government, development sector, infrastructure, technology, or large-scale projects will be preferred.
- Experience in management, planning, project execution, monitoring, data analysis, and reporting.
- Proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage field operations.
- Experience in handling state-level projects and data-driven decision-making will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning, implementation, and monitoring of programmes and projects.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and recommend corrective measures.
- Coordinate with government agencies, field teams, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare project reports, dashboards, presentations, and status updates.
- Analyze project data and provide actionable insights for improved outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, objectives, and quality standards.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project monitoring, reporting, and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions/states.
