About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Data Cloud, AI/Agentforce implementations, and core platform development to design and deliver scalable, data-driven Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10-15 years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Flow Automation)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), Calculated Insights, CDP Query
- Experience with Agentforce / Einstein AI implementations
- Solid integration experience — REST/SOAP APIs, AWS/S3, third-party system integrations
- Experience with Batch Apex, Future Methods, Triggers, and asynchronous processing
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Git, Bitbucket,

- Certifications required: Salesforce Administrator (mandatory); Data Cloud Consultant, AI Associate/Specialist, or Platform Developer I/II (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement Data Cloud pipelines: ingest, map, and model external data into Salesforce
- Build and configure Agentforce/AI-driven features to enhance customer and agent experiences
- Develop custom LWC components, Apex classes, and Flow automations to support business processes
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems (cloud storage, APIs, CMS platforms)
- Debug and optimize Apex/JavaScript code; participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Agile ceremonies to translate business requirements into technical solutions
