Your New Role

As a Lead Key Account I you will be responsible for

- Strategic Account Management : Implement account plans effectively for key strategic accounts, ensuring alignment with institutional marketing campaigns and projects.
- Stakeholder Engagement Networking : Identify and map key stakeholders (KOLs, administrators, nurses, purchase officers), maintain strong relationships, and facilitate access to hospital areas like wards, pharmacies, and ICUs.
- Sales Service Orientation : Drive sales targets with a solution-focused approach, interpret referral patterns and trends, and optimise resources while maintaining a solid service mindset.
- Product Expertise Communication : Demonstrate deep knowledge of the Novo Nordisk portfolio, tailor communication to stakeholder needs, and highlight benefits to close gaps in treatment regimens.
- Collaboration Activity Execution : Work closely with headquarters teams (Marketing, Market Access), conduct CME/PEP activities, secure approvals, and ensure timely product supply and compliance with financial integrity.
- Compliance Reporting :



Adhere to organisational principles, complete mandatory training, maintain confidentiality, and follow reporting procedures, ensuring all activities comply with internal and external regulations.

Your Skills Qualifications

- You hold a full-time bachelors degree in Pharma / Science / from a reputed institution.
- You should have at least 7 years of industry work experience, and atleast 3 years in tender/Govt business.
- Experience of working in corporate hospitals will be an added advantage.
- Sales achievement 100% sales achievement in any two years of the last three years (2023, 2024 and 2025).
- Valuable in communication and negotiation skill and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
