Role & responsibilities

- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs to attract top talent.
- Performance Management: Design and manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee growth and accountability.
- Employee Relations: Address grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues fairly and consistently.

- Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies.
