Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Full Stack Developer / Application Developer responsible for developing, maintaining, testing, and enhancing web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have experience working across application development, API integrations, third-party services, databases, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support.
The candidate will work closely with internal teams, project stakeholders, and technical team members to understand requirements, implement new features, resolve technical issues, and ensure smooth performance of applications across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development & Enhancement

- Develop, customize, maintain, and enhance web and mobile applications.
- Implement new features and functionalities based on business and technical requirements.
- Work on application modules including dashboards, command centers, user access, reporting, SOPs, and operational workflows.
- Perform UI improvements and resolve broken or inconsistent interface elements.
- Identify and fix application bugs, performance issues, and functional defects.

Mobile Application Management

- Manage updates and releases for Android applications through the Google Play Store.
- Coordinate and support iOS application builds and Apple Developer Console activities.
- Perform application testing before production releases.
- Investigate and resolve application-related issues identified during testing.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for app-store deployment, account, payment, and publishing requirements.

API & Third-Party Integrations

- Develop, integrate, test, and maintain APIs and third-party services.




- Work with communication and messaging APIs such as Twilio and RingCentral.
- Manage and troubleshoot API-related issues and integration costs.
- Work with email services such as SendGrid and SMTP/MX configurations.
- Support integration and configuration of external services and platforms.

Location Tracking & Technical Features

- Work on background location tracking and location-based application functionality.
- Troubleshoot location tracking and customer location-related issues.
- Research and implement technical solutions for application security and restrictions, including screenshot-related controls.
- Support data management and application performance optimization.

Database & Data Management

- Manage application data and database-related activities.
- Troubleshoot customer search and data-related issues.
- Perform data validation, testing, and cleanup.
- Handle large-scale data updates and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Identify and remove duplicate, empty, or invalid records where required.

Testing & Quality Assurance

- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and production testing.
- Test new application features before deployment.
- Monitor applications for UI issues, broken functionality, and technical defects.
- Work closely with internal teams to identify, reproduce, and resolve issues.
- Ensure application updates meet business and technical requirements.

Website & Hosting Support

- Support development and technical requirements for recent websites.
- Assist with domain, hosting, and deployment-related activities.




- Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding website requirements and updates.
- Provide technical guidance on hosting, domain configuration, and website cost estimation.

Collaboration & Technical Support

- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in technical discussions and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Communicate application updates, testing status, issues, and deployment progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of technical challenges.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Full Stack Web Application Development.
- Experience in mobile application development or mobile app management.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and third-party API integrations.
- Experience with database management and data handling.
- Knowledge of application deployment and production support.
- Experience with Google Play Store and Apple App Store deployment processes.
- Understanding of cloud hosting, domains, DNS, SMTP/MX, and deployment environments.
- Experience working with third-party services such as Twilio, RingCentral, SendGrid, or similar platforms.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Good understanding of software testing and quality assurance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical tasks.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in software/application development.
- Experience working on logistics, transportation, SaaS, or enterprise applications will be an advantage.
- Experience with both web and mobile application ecosystems is preferred.
- Prior experience working in a production workplace with live applications is highly desirable.
