We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage return operations, ticket handling, faulty return requests, and replacement/repair coordination. The role requires robust coordination skills, inventory visibility management, timely execution, and the ability to generate data-driven insights for operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Return Ticket Operations

- Handle return tickets for demo closures, rental closures, faulty returns, replacements, and repair requests.

- Ensure timely closure of open tickets as per defined SLAs.

- Coordinate with customers, field teams and logistics partners for smooth resolution.

1. Reverse Logistics Pickup Coordination

- Accelerate return pickups by proactively coordinating with logistics partners.

- Track pickup status and ensure timely movement of return goods.

- Follow up on pending pickups and escalations.

1. Inventory Receiving Management

- Maintain inventory visibility for all returned assets.

- Support a streamlined receiving process by ensuring accurate inwarding of return materials.

- Minimize inventory discrepancies through proper reconciliation and verification.

1. Faulty Returns Assessment

- Ensure timely processing of faulty returns.

- Coordinate inspection, assessment, repair, or replacement actions.





- Ensure proper and timely assessment of returned goods.

1. Data Reporting

- Maintain record visibility for all return transactions.

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly return and closure reports.

- Generate data-driven insights on pickup TAT, closure TAT, repair rates, replacement rates and inventory variances.

- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.

Required Skills

- 2 5 years in operations, reverse logistics, customer support operations, warehouse returns,

- or repair/replacement management.

- Experience with asset recovery, rental equipment management, or field service coordination will be an added advantage.

- Strong coordination and follow-up skills

- Excellent communication Skill

- Experience in ticketing / CRM systems

- Inventory reconciliation and record management

- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

- Analytical mindset with reporting skills

- Ability to manage multiple return cases simultaneously
