Job Details:

- Lead the design and deployment of IAM solutions, focusing on ForgeRock technologies, to enhance security and operational efficiency.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex IAM issues, ensuring seamless integration across multiple systems and teams.
- Provide strategic direction and insights for IAM functions, including federation, authentication, and authorization, within the organization.
- Develop and implement processes, tools, and policies to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of identity and access management systems.
- Automate IT infrastructure projects, including platform migrations and security policy updates, collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for IAM systems, ensuring clarity and accessibility for future reference and audits.
- Conduct regular IAM system audits to ensure compliance with security standards and identify areas for improvement.




- Mentor junior engineers and provide training on IAM best practices and ForgeRock technologies.

You Might Be Our Ideal Match If You:

- 3-6 years of experience in IAM operations, with a focus on ForgeRock technologies such as OPENIDM and Directory Services.
- Proficient in Linux operating systems and capable of performing intermediate-level tasks.
- Strong skills in LDAP, MYSQL, and scripting languages such as Perl, Python, and Shell.
- Experience with REST APIs and Core Java for developing and integrating IAM solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, and containerization technologies like Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex IAM issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented workplace.
