- Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and statutory regulations at project sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify and eliminate hazards.
- Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) practices across all construction activities.
- Conduct safety induction programs, toolbox talks, and training sessions for employees and contractors.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend preventive and corrective actions.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and enforce safe work practices.
- Prepare and maintain safety reports, inspection records, incident reports, and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure compliance with safety standards during all phases of construction.
- Monitor emergency preparedness, fire safety systems, and first aid arrangements at project sites.
- Promote a solid safety culture and ensure adherence to company and client HSE requirements.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Engineering with a Diploma in Industrial Safety or a recognized safety qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction safety.

- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, OSHA standards, and construction safety practices.
- Experience in conducting safety audits, inspections, incident investigations, and safety training.
