Sr Software Engineer JOB RESPONSIBILITY

- Design, implement, and maintain scalable IBM InfoSphere MDM solutions across multiple environments.
- Install, configure, and support IBM InfoSphere virtual MDM environments (ongoing maintenance and upgrades).
- Execute, monitor, and troubleshoot batch and real-time data processing jobs.
- Configure and run IXM/BXM jobs for data integration workflows.
- Perform data validation, data quality checks, and root-cause troubleshooting using MDM utilities (TXM, memcompare).
- Develop and integrate MDM services/APIs (RESTful and SOAP) using Java and MadAPI.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define data governance policies and overall MDM strategy.
- Lead teams and mentor junior developers.
- QUALIFICATION B. Tech /B.E. /MCA EXPERIENCE
- 6+ years of Master Data Management (Virtual MDM) experience with IBM InfoSphere MDM.
- Hands-on experience with IBM InfoSphere MDM installation, configuration, and maintenance (virtual MDM).
- Experience designing/implementing matching algorithms, survivorship rules, and data quality frameworks.
- Experience running and supporting IXM/BXM integration jobs.




- Experience using MDM utilities (TXM, memcompare) for validation and troubleshooting.
- Experience building and integrating MDM REST/SOAP APIs using Java and MadAPI.
- Experience with performance optimization and tuning MDM data processing workflows.
- Team leadership and mentoring experience.

- IBM InfoSphere MDM (virtual MDM) administration and support (install/configure/maintain).
- MDM configuration: matching algorithms, survivorship rules, and data quality frameworks.
- Data integration and job orchestration: IXM/BXM.
- Validation and troubleshooting tools: TXM, memcompare.
- API/service development: RESTful SOAP services; Java; MadAPI.
- Data modeling, data governance, and enterprise data architecture.
- Performance tuning and workflow optimization for large-scale data processing.
- Leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, and collaboration.
