Role & responsibilities

- Read and understand engineering drawings, process sheets, and job orders.
- Set up CNC machines with appropriate tools, fixtures, and programs.
- Adjust machine settings (offsets, tool lengths) to achieve required tolerances.
- Conduct initial part inspection and to get set approval from quality inspector.
- Ensure daily/preventive maintenance and cleaning of machines.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of produced components through regular in-process inspections.
- Inspection, Setting Approval, Quality and Customer Coordination and ensure FTA
- Use of Measuring instruments, Height Gauge
- Periodic Preventive Maintenance and upkeeping Clean Work area
- Maintain all Production Documents & Records
- Maintain proper documentation of setup sheets and inspection reports.




- Follow safety practices and maintain cleanliness in the work area.

Preferred candidate profile

- Set up and operate CNC turning machines, VMCs, and other machinery to produce high-quality parts.
- Read engineering drawings and technical specifications to understand production requirements.
- Conduct quality inspections using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, Micro meters, Height gauges etc.
- Perform tool setting tasks including setting tools on CNC machines and VMCs.
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment operation and report any defects or malfunctions.
