Job Summary:

- We are looking for an experienced Procurement Buyer to manage sourcing and procurement activities for Electrical Parts, Packing Materials, Fabrication Components, Machining Parts, and other indirect materials required for manufacturing operations.
- The role is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted material availability, supplier performance management, cost optimization, and coordination with Production, Planning, Quality, and Corporate Sourcing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely procurement of materials to support uninterrupted production.
- Create and manage purchase orders in SAP.
- Coordinate with PPC, Production, QA, and suppliers for material planning and delivery.
- Handle sourcing of Electrical Parts, Packing Materials, Fabrication, Machining, and Indirect Materials.
- Monitor supplier performance and drive delivery and quality improvements.
- Develop alternate sources and support cost reduction initiatives (VA/VE).
- Conduct supplier audits/visits and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Follow up on vendor payments with Finance.
- Prepare MIS reports and procurement dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with IMS, ISO, and audit requirements.




- Support sustainability, GreenCo, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S initiatives.

- Bought-out and Non-BOM Indirect Items

- Hands-on experience in SAP Procurement Module.
- Vendor Evaluation and Supplier Development.
- Material Planning and Inventory Management.
- Understanding of manufacturing plant procurement requirements and supply chain processes.
