We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee our window installation projects from handover to completion. You will be responsible for managing on-site installation teams (fitters and helpers), ensuring precision alignment, maintaining strict quality controls, and serving as the primary point of contact in office to deliver projects on time and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities and monitor work progress.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
- Monitor material usage and maintain inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update project management.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within budget.
