About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Ophthalmologist Surgeon to provide comprehensive eye care services, including diagnosis, medical management, and surgical treatment of various ophthalmic conditions. The position is open to both experienced professionals and fresh postgraduate candidates who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and treat a wide range of eye diseases and vision disorders.
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations using standard ophthalmic equipment.
- Evaluate patients for medical and surgical management of ophthalmic conditions.
- Perform ophthalmic surgeries such as cataract surgery and other anterior/posterior segment procedures based on experience and competency.
- Prescribe medications, corrective lenses, and appropriate treatment plans.




- Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care and follow-up.
- Interpret diagnostic investigations including OCT, fundus imaging, visual field analysis, and other ophthalmic tests.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Work collaboratively with optometrists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Adhere to hospital protocols, NABH guidelines, infection control practices, and ethical medical standards.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in ophthalmology through continuous medical education.

Qualifications

- MBBS with MS/DNB in Ophthalmology from a recognized institution.
