What would you do? This role is part of the Survey Solutions and Insights team. The Associate will own end-to-end execution of online survey programs on Forsta HX (formerly Confirmit) / Qualtrics XM, supporting clients across Global Listening and custom survey engagements. The role demands an eye for detail, working knowledge of survey programming, and the ability to interpret survey data into clean, reportable outputs. The Associate is expected to understand the research intent behind survey requirements ?? not just program what is handed over ?? and to flag bias, sampling, or flow issues before programming.

What are we looking for? Qualification:
- 2 - 4 years of relevant experience
- Degree in IT/Computer Application or equivalentMust Have:
- Experience using Forsta HX (formerly Confirmit) ?? Authoring, Reportal / Studio ?? and / or Qualtrics XM.
- JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS, jQuery
- Communication (Written & Oral) excellence ?? English language.
- Proficiency in using MS Office.
- Ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders globally.
- Ability to understand complex real world business problems, often in ambiguous scenario, and transform into workable solutions.




- Client communication ?? able to manage requirement clarifications and walk a stakeholder through programming choices
- Understanding of survey research intent ?? able to read a questionnaire and recognize what the data is trying to measure, before writing codeGood to have:
- Familiarity with Agile principles; Agile certification is a plus
- VBA scripting
- Exposure to Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, Python
- Familiarity with survey data analysis, including basics of Sentiment Analysis and Text Classification on open-ended responses

Roles and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:
- End to End execution of Online Survey, Reporting and related activities, using various online survey tools (Forsta (Confirmit), Qualtrics).
- Work / Execute on assigned projects - deliver as per client requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and quality parameters.
- Execute straightforward to medium complexity projects independently.
- Connect with stakeholders for required inputs to enable execution of defined project.
- Self-learner and organized. Understand and learn tools and processes required to deliver projects.
- Look at ways to improve efficiency of processes and challenge the status-quo.
- Apply data validation and cleansing routines on captured survey data before handoff to analysts
