Personnel Management• Thorough knowledge of the Factories Act and its implementation.
• Ensuring statutory compliance under labour laws (PF, ESI, CLRA, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.).
• Managing employee records, documentation, and statutory registers.
• Coordinating with government authorities during inspections and audits.
HR Planning• Knowledge of manpower planning and budgeting.
• End-to-end recruitment, sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
• Performance Management System (PMS)
implementation and monitoring.
• Training Needs Identification (TNI), Learning & Development, and competency development.
• HR analytics and workforce planning.
HR Business Partner (HRBP)• Talent identification, succession planning, and employee retention strategies.
• Understanding of Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) initiatives related to HR.
• Knowledge of External and Internal Risk & Opportunity (EIRO) assessment and mitigation.
• Partnering with business leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Driving employee engagement, change management, and organizational development initiatives.
