What are we looking for
Bachelor s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience3 to 5 years of experience in a data-driven environment, with a solid background in SQL, web analytics methodologies, business analysis, and data visualizationMastery of SQL and advanced querying skills1 to 3 years of experience in web analytics methodologies2 to 5 years of business analysis experience in large companies with multiple functions/business units2 years of experience in the data visualization domain and dashboard development using tools like PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView,



or other analytical clientsStrong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and lookupsFamiliarity with workflow orchestration tools for efficient data extraction and transformationExperience with Cloud Technologies and marketing technology platformsProven ability in data analysis and a track record of delivering actionable insights

Roles and Responsibilities: Develop a deep understanding of data modeling, data structures, and pipelines to support efficient data analysis and reportingMaintain and update documentation on internal websites, ensuring that data processes and methodologies are clearly outlinedUtilize strong communication skills to liaise with other teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on data requirements and outputsDevelop, maintain, and troubleshoot scripts, workflows, and dashboards to support data analysis and visualizationCreate and manage dashboards and reports using Looker and other data visualization tools, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and updated in a timely mannerAddress and resolve data quality, integration, or pipeline failures through effective troubleshooting and collaboration with data governance teamsConduct advanced SQL queries and statistical analysis to derive insights from complex datasets, supporting hypothesis testing and data-driven decision-makingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, incorporate feedback into dashboard designs, and ensure the seamless updating of dashboards and reportsBuild and deliver regular reports to provide key insights and performance metrics, aiding informed decision-making processesExecute ad-hoc data pulls and perform in-depth analysis to support business inquiries and special projects, identifying trends, anomalies, and areas for improvementImplement data quality assurance measures to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of reporting outputsDocument data analysis processes, methodologies, and report specifications for future reference and knowledge sharing, contributing to the development of documentation standards and guidelines
