Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Jigani Industrial Area, Bengaluru, Karnataka
Qualification: Diploma or Degree in the Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 3 to 4 Years

Role Overview
We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day sheet metal manufacturing operations at its Jigani, Bengaluru facility. The role is responsible for ensuring production is executed as per approved plans, engineering drawings, and BOM requirements while maintaining quality, safety, productivity, and shop-floor discipline.
The Production Supervisor will supervise manpower, monitor production progress, verify job-card completion, and ensure adherence to 5S practices and PPE/safety standards in the machine shop. The role requires hands-on knowledge of sheet metal processes and machines, including bending, shearing, laser cutting, and TPP programming





Job description:

- Check drawing as per BOM (Bills of Materials).
- Carry out production process as accordance of plan.
- Checking production as per Production Plan.
- Ensure safety rules to be followed and use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Maintaining 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain) and safety in Machine Shop.
- TPP programming knowledge.
- Bending, Shearing, Laser machines knowledge.
- Ensuring Job Card is Maintained.
- Handling Manpower.

Note: Experience in the Sheet Metal Industry is Mandatory
