Our client is seeking a Head of Finance to lead the India Finance function for a rapidly growing food manufacturing and retail organization. This is a strategic leadership role that will partner closely with senior management to strengthen financial governance, drive commercial decision-making, and support the company's aggressive Pan-India expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Finance & Accounts function across manufacturing and retail operations.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and business partnering.
- Oversee financial reporting, statutory compliance, internal controls and audits.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, costing and commercial finance.
- Build scalable finance processes and lead a high-performing finance team.
- Partner with Procurement, Operations, Logistics and IT to drive business performance.
Candidate Profile
- Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
- 10-20 years of finance leadership experience.
- Experience in Food Manufacturing, FMCG, Bakery, Retail or QSR industries.
- Robust expertise in FP&A;, budgeting, financial reporting, costing and business partnering.
- Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and leading finance teams.
