- Supervise and instruct students during clinical rotations in various healthcare settings.
- Evaluate student competencies, clinical decision-making, and communication skills.
- Provide ongoing feedback and formal assessments in alignment with course objectives.
- Preparing Clinical Posting Roster.
- Collaborate with faculty, and clinical site staff to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
- Participate in curriculum development, student advising, and faculty meetings as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Phd in cardiovascular technology or a related field (masters preferred).
- Prior teaching or precepting experience strongly preferred.
