Role & responsibilities
- Lead the complete design lifecycle of containment isolators and related equipment from concept development to production support
- Design customized containment solutions, including:
- Rigid isolators
- Versatile isolators (glove bags)
- Evaluate process requirements, material handling, operator ergonomics, and containment needs for optimal system performance
- Apply expertise in cleanroom classifications, OELs, and containment principles
- Design and integrate VHP-based decontamination systems
- Integrate isolators with process equipment such as mills, blenders, tablet presses, and filter dryers
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GMP, ASME design codes, ATEX, and other applicable standards
- Prepare and support DQ, IQ, OQ documentation
- Oversee FAT, SAT, CIP, and SIP activities
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and suppliers for technical alignment and approvals
- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and lead design teams when required.
