Job Title: Senior Executive - MIS

Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Advanced Excel, hands-on experience in BPO MIS reporting, and the ability to generate and manage daily operational reports effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Advanced Excel.
- Generate and analyse reports such as: o Agent Performance Report (APR) o Schedule Adherence Reports o Roster Management Reports
- Utilise advanced Excel functions including: o Pivot Tables o VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP o SUMIF / SUMIFS o LEFT, RIGHT, MID, TEXT o INDEX-MATCH • Analyse data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve business performance.
- Coordinate with operations and workforce teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Automate repetitive MIS reporting tasks to improve efficiency.




- Maintain dashboards and trackers for performance monitoring and reporting.

Required Skills:

- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (mandatory).
- Overall 1-3 years of experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in BPO MIS reporting (mandatory).
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- Certification in Excel / Data Analysis (preferred but not mandatory).
