Location: Bengaluru
Shift: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM (Cab Facility Provided)
Contract: 6 Months (Extendable based on performance)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for patient support and insurance verification.
- Process patient applications and determine eligibility.
- Assist with reimbursement, prescription coordination, and therapy access.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance.
Eligibility:
- 1.6+ years of overall experience
- Minimum 1 year of US Healthcare Voice Process experience (mandatory)
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Graduate/Postgraduate from a recognized institution.
- Solid customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Selection Process:
Typing Test (35 WPM with 85% Accuracy)
