Role Overview

The Buyer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with bidders, dealers, buyers, OEMs, and bank/NBFC sellers while ensuring smooth auction operations and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, dealers, OEMs, and financial partners.
- Manage online auction sales, payment follow-ups, and NOC escalations.
- Handle client accounts and provide end-to-end support.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure timely closure of escalations.
- Conduct regular dealership visits and coordinate with clients across the region.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in the automotive industry with BRM/CRM exposure.
- Positive knowledge of two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and cars.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
