Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Team Management

- Lead ETL & Data Quality developers; act as technical escalation point
- Define design patterns, standards, and best practices
- Review ETL designs, mappings, and validation logic
- Mentor team members and ensure consistent delivery quality

Data Migration & ETL (Microsoft Fabric)

- Design and implement ETL workflows using Microsoft Fabric
- Manage data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading
- Define full & incremental load strategies (mock cycles, cutover)
- Ensure scalable, performant, and reusable solutions

Data Quality & Reconciliation

- Define data quality frameworks (accuracy, completeness, consistency)
- Implement validation and reconciliation controls
- Review metrics and reports via Purview & Power BI
- Support audits and business validation

Data Archiving (JiVS Preferred)

- Lead archiving strategy and implementation
- Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and reporting needs
- Drive pre-decommissioning data readiness

Delivery & Collaboration





- Work closely with Oracle ERP teams and stakeholders
- Support testing cycles, cutover, and post-migration audits
- Ensure proper documentation (data lineage, dictionaries, etc.)

Must-Have Skills

- 10-14 years in ETL, data migration, and integration
- Solid SQL & PL/SQL expertise
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric / Azure Data Services
- Hands-on with Spark / PySpark
- Oracle ERP data migration experience
- Team leadership and code review experience
- Strong understanding of data governance & compliance

Good to Have

- Experience with SAP / JD Edwards / Axapta migrations
- Knowledge of Oracle tools (FBDI, ADFDI, REST APIs)
- Experience in data archiving initiatives (JiVS preferred)
- Certifications in Microsoft / Oracle / Data platforms
- Experience in CoE or shared services models
