Operation &Maintenance; of ATFD plants.

1. Handling the PT (DAF, MBBR, and HRSCC), UF, RO plants, and Stripper, MEE, MVRE, & ATFD, Thermic fluid heater, boilers, and sludge dewatering plants.

2. Communicating and coordinate effectively with technicians, designers, engineers and project managers for the for the preparation of high-quality work products.

3. Providing the necessary training and equipment to all employees to safely, properly and efficiently perform their jobs.

4. Maintain positive working relationship with customers and supplies.

5. Maintaining and following the statuary Requirements like attendance, overtime register &submitting; the monthly invoices for O&M; billing.

6. Maintaining and optimizing the chemical dosing for primary treatment and UF,



RO chemical cleaning for efficient plant operations.

7. Scheduling & implementing the PM (Preventive Maintenance) of Mechanical, Electrical and instrumentation for all equipments.

8. Monitoring and maintaining parameters as required and water analysis as per the system requirement.

9. Daily conducting safety meeting, Toolbox talk, checking safety measures, weekly and monthly safety meeting, arranging training classes.

10. Performing the JAR TEST daily basis.

11. Checking COD, BOD, DO, TSS, MLSS, SVI, F/M Ratio, FOG, Hardness, alkalinity and chloride tests.
