Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and technically proficient Technical Trainer to deliver high-quality training to engineering students and professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong domain knowledge, hands-on experience with industry-relevant software and tools, and the ability to simplify technical concepts through practical, industry-oriented training.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical training sessions in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering subjects.
- Train students on industry-standard engineering software and applications.
- Prepare training plans, lesson schedules, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct hands-on laboratory sessions, workshops, and live projects.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Update course content in line with current industry trends and technological advancements.
- Assist students in project development, technical problem-solving, and certification preparation.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and assessment reports.
- Coordinate with academic and placement teams to enhance students' employability.
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of laboratory equipment and training resources.




- Participate in faculty development programs and continuous learning initiatives.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering fundamentals.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, ANSYS, ETAP, PLC, SCADA, EPLAN, or equivalent.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct practical and application-based training.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational and classroom management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Master's Degree (M.E./M.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Relevant certifications in engineering software will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 1–5 years of experience in technical training, teaching, or relevant industry experience.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills may also apply.
