We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Logistics & Lorry Placement Executive who can efficiently place lorries after trade confirmation, ensuring smooth movement of goods from Point A to Point B at the right freight cost.
The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, excellent market knowledge of freight rates, and the ability to act quickly and independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Place lorries immediately after trade confirmation for timely dispatch
- Negotiate competitive freight rates with transporters and ensure cost efficiency
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics from loading point to destination
- Maintain strong relationships with transporters, brokers, and fleet owners
- Track vehicle movement and ensure on-time delivery
- Handle daily freight planning and resolve any transit-related issues proactively
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with logistics requirements
