KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders

Create detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies

Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA engineers

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively

Manage client communications, expectations, and escalation points

Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in Agile environments

Track and report project KPIs, milestones, and budget consumption to leadership

Coordinate with DevOps and technical leads for deployment and release management

Manage vendor and third-party stakeholder relationships as needed

Maintain project documentation using tools like Jira, Confluence, or equivalent

REQUIREMENTS

5 to 6 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT/software domain

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred





Proven track record of delivering mid-to-large-scale software projects

Solid understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies

Strong proficiency in project management tools: Jira, MS Project, Asana, or Trello

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

Experience in risk management, change management, and scope control

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a quick-paced environment

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with cloud-based project environments (AWS, Azure)

Familiarity with microservices architecture and API-driven development

Exposure to client-facing projects in global delivery models
