Location: Silk board(Maruthi Chambers) (Work from Office)
Shift: Day Shift (No Night Shifts)
Working Days: 6 days/week (Sunday fixed off)
Job Type: Full time, In office
Salary (CTC): Up to 26,000CTC per month Plus performance-based incentives (based on skills & experience)
Cab Facility: Not provided

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound & outbound calls with professionalism.
- Always ensure a positive customer experience
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
- Generate Leads
- Maintain detailed records of customers interactions.
- Work towards achieving team targets and individual targets.

Requirements
• Education: Any Graduate / Any Postgraduate




• Experience: 0 -3 years (Freshers welcome!)
• Languages: Excellent English & Hindi communication (mandatory)

Preferred Candidate Profile
• Prior experience in outbound calling, customer service, or sales (preferred, not mandatory)
