Role & responsibilities

- Lead the overall plant operations, including Production, Maintenance, Quality, Planning, Engineering, Stores, and EHS.
- Manage versatile packaging processes such as Rotogravure/Flexographic Printing, Lamination, Extrusion, Slitting, Pouching, and other converting operations.
- Ensure achievement of production targets while maintaining quality standards and on-time delivery.
- Improve OEE, productivity, capacity utilization, machine efficiency, and manpower productivity.
- Drive reduction in wastage, rejection, downtime, customer complaints, and overall conversion costs.
- Monitor raw material consumption, yield, inventory, and operational costs.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance systems to maximize equipment uptime.
- Ensure adherence to quality systems, SOPs, statutory requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and Six Sigma practices.
- Review plant KPIs and take corrective actions to address performance gaps.
- Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain,



Purchase, HR, Finance, and other functions for smooth plant operations.
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing plant leadership team.
- Prepare and manage annual plant budgets, CAPEX, cost-saving initiatives, and expansion projects.
- Ensure strong employee engagement, discipline, and industrial relations within the plant.
- Drive automation, process improvements, and technology upgrades to enhance plant efficiency
