Job Summary
We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Account Manager Staffing & Solutions with 56 years of experience in the IT Staffing / IT Services industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing both staffing (C2C, C2H, FTE) and solution-based engagements. This role requires strong client management skills, revenue ownership, and the ability to drive closures while ensuring delivery excellence and long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and hiring requirements end-to-end
- Drive staffing closures (C2C/C2H/FTE) and solution deals against assigned targets
- Own and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Coordinate closely with recruitment, delivery, and presales teams to ensure timely fulfillment
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction
- Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Ensure smooth execution and delivery of staffing and solution engagements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5-6 years of experience in IT Staffing / IT Services
- Proven experience handling both staffing and solution-based business
- Strong client handling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends
- Target-driven mindset with a strong track record of revenue achievement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
