- Conducting skilled, AI-assisted vehicle inspections using the Inspekt AI platform and standard operating procedures.
- Providing unbiased, factual inspection reports in accordance with Company standards, service levels, and operational KPIs.
- Ensuring readiness, training, and certification requirements are completed and maintained, and going live only upon successful certification.
- Coordinating with customers, franchise partners, and the operations team to ensure timely fulfilment of inspection assignments.
- Using only approved, calibrated tools and equipment, keeping devices charged and updated, and complying with custody/return requirements for any Company-issued items.
- Maintaining confidentiality of all customer/vehicle data and inspection reports, and using only official Company platforms for recording and sharing such data.
- Maintaining sales neutrality not accepting gifts, tips, or inducements in connection with inspections.
- Completing assigned tasks, deliverables, and reporting requirements within agreed timelines.
- Coordinating regularly with the reporting manager and relevant teams as directed by the Company.
