Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Consultant with hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud EPM applications, including Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS), Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), Financial Consolidation and Close Service (FCCS), Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS), and Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP). The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle EPM Cloud solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient financial planning, consolidation, and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including EDMCS, ARCS, FCCS, PCMCS, and SWP.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Design and develop metadata structures, business rules, forms, dashboards, reports, and data integration processes.
- Configure consolidation rules, ownership management, currency translation, intercompany eliminations, and financial reporting in FCCS.
- Develop and maintain reconciliation formats, profiles, matching rules, and compliance workflows in ARCS.
- Manage enterprise metadata governance, hierarchy management, and change workflows using EDMCS.
- Configure profitability models, cost allocations, driver-based calculations, and reporting in PCMCS.
- Design workforce planning models, headcount planning, compensation planning, and scenario analysis in SWP.
- Develop and maintain data integrations using EPM Data Integration, Data Management, REST APIs, EPM Automate, and integration tools.
- Create financial reports, dashboards, Smart View reports, and management reporting packages.
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployments, and production support.
- Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, HR,



and IT teams to deliver business solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge transfer materials.

- Experience with Oracle EPM Data Integration and Data Management.
- Knowledge of Financial Consolidation, Close Management, Account Reconciliation, Profitability, and Workforce Planning processes.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and planning concepts.
- Experience with Smart View, Narrative Reporting, and Financial Reporting.
- Knowledge of business rules, calculation scripts, substitution variables, and security configuration.
- Experience with EPM Automate, REST APIs, and migration activities.
- Solid SQL knowledge and understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Experience working in Agile or Waterfall project environments.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Oracle EPM Cloud certifications are preferred.
- Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle Fusion Applications, or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of financial close, planning, budgeting, and enterprise performance management best practices.

Experience

- 7+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud implementations and support.
- Experience across multiple end-to-end Oracle EPM Cloud implementation projects.
- Experience in production support, enhancements, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.

Good to Have

- Experience with Oracle Planning (EPBCS/PBCS), FreeForm, Tax Reporting, or Narrative Reporting.
- Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OCI, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with scripting (Groovy, Shell, PowerShell) and automation.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance processes.
