• Experience in sheet metal processes, like routing, rolling, press brake, rubber press, hydraulic press & punch press.
• Hands-on experience in hand Forming, Hand Straightening, and Hand Dressing for all types of sheet metal parts.
• Support the Engineer in executing the manufacturing functions of sheet metal to produce and supply components of superior quality and quantity at minimum cost and in committed time schedule to meet the manufacturing function objectives
• Ensure On time Move Transaction, Bar code swiping, eliminating waiting time, reduce part preparation time and providing suggestions for improvement
• Produce and deliver the part on time with zero defects
