Role: Healthcare Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and schedule home healthcare services for patients.
- Assess patient requirements and allocate appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients and families.
- Maintain patient records and service documentation.
- Monitor service quality and patient satisfaction.
- Resolve service-related issues and escalations promptly.
- Coordinate with clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

- B.Sc. Nursing or GNM - Mandatory
- 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital, home healthcare, or patient care setting.
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient care understanding.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.




- Ability to take ownership and manage responsibilities independently.

Freshers:

- Exceptional freshers with robust clinical knowledge, communication skills, and a proactive attitude may be considered.

Preferred:

- Experience in patient coordination, case management, or home healthcare services.
- Basic computer proficiency and documentation skills.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
