Job Description (Marketing Manager NCR Region)
- Sell outdoor and architectural lighting products to real estate companies, builders, and consultants in NCR.
- Meet clients, present product perks, and close sales deals for projects.
- Track new real estate projects and submit product proposals to decision-makers.
- Build relationships with architects, consultants, and contractors to get NOVA products specified.
- Report on sales leads, market trends, and competitor activities.
Candidate Profile
- 48 years in sales/marketing of lighting, electrical, or building materials to real estate clients.
- Strong connections with developers, architects, or consultants in NCR.
- Can understand technical product details and explain them simply to clients.
- Comfortable with field sales, site visits, and independent lead generation.
- Hindi + English based in NCR, and ready to travel
